Cancellation and Refund Policy

All sales are final.

• Cancellations with 24 hours or more notice may be rebooked within nine days of the original appointment date with no penalty.
• Cancellations with two to 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.
• Cancellations with less than two hours notice will be charged the full appointment fee

• Due to the nature of group coaching sessions, cancellations are not possible.
